Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Grasima Skin, we want you to love your ritual. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
As we specialize in handcrafted, small-batch skincare, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges for unopened products within 30 days of delivery. If you would like to exchange an item for a different scent or size, please contact us at orders@grasima.ca.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please email us at orders@grasima.ca with your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will provide you with further instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your experience is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue so we can make it right immediately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
